with resumes they DO NOT WANT or DID NOT ASK FOR whenever someone gives out the name of a "good company" they work for. Whether they answer the emails, read the resumes or not, it's still the time and trouble wasted to clear out your mailbox of hundreds of unwanted resumes.
I dont know why that's so difficult to understand for some people.
