I worked for Nuance for 4 years. Toward the end I was running out of work constantly and went from 35 hours a week to less than 20. At the time I was not aware they were outsourcing work. I was told they were looking for new accounts for me, blah, blah, blah.
I was left with garbage dictators, dictators even the outsource company refused to do.
So, I filed partial unemployment and received it. It turned into full-time employment when I just stopped doing the garbage work and had no problems continuing with my UE.
I went to work for one of the outsource companies for Nuance.
Nuance does not care if you disappear, but they are not going to tell you to get UE.
