This company recently posted for openings in a Facebook MT group. Probably because they did NOT want to be swamped with resumes even though they do have an HR department. MANY MTSOs are going more by word of mouth rather than posting on here or on the other job site because they do not want to have to wade through hundreds or resumes. I sent my resume into this company, heard back 2 hours later, had an interview the next day and was hired. Sometimes you have to take another direction in being ble to find a good company and a good job.
