I have no real answers for you but surely commiserate. :( I actually am back on my original accounts with escription but continually run OOW. We cannot use technical downtime. I have been flexing hours every single day and still have not been able to get in my 40 hours and have no PTO to use. I'm also on emdat but there is never work there either. I was so excited to get back to my original accounts but my bubble was burst very quickly with this incessant OOW situation. I don't understand what is going on and can get no answers from my OM.
Where is all our work? Did clients leave? How can all of us be here ready, able and willing to work but not receive pay for all this time checking for work to come in?
