I would not even list this company. MTSOs don't seem to care who you have worked for, or for references.

Remember, it is often the most conscientious that don't meet production because we make the effort to research when needed. If not making production, I quit doing free labor for them and just let their QA do all the other labor. Example, I've found that I will not meet production if I do a separate proof read before submitting. I have to proof as I go. I miss things occasionally, but that's what I have to do to stay employed.
