Some of us are on a platform that has had no problems. The only difference is that we are doing straight transcription instead of ASR. Not being paid on production is a slap in the face. How would you feel if you were in my shoes? My pay is being minimized because of Nuance's mistakes. You are probably benefiting from this because your platform is not up to speed (again, Nuance's mistakes). I am essentially giving up some of my pay so the company can pay you because they are too cheap and disrespectful to do the honorable thing, which is to pay me what I produce and pay you what you deserve during this time that they try to fix their mistakes. None of us is winning here except Scruance!
