We also received an email from our OM stating that we were not able to use technical downtime last week. We are only to use oow protocol. I used it a lot last week and unfortunately have zero PTO time to use to make up the difference.
I can't understand how they justify not paying us for what IS INDEED downtime. We don't have our accounts back fully due to technical issues resulting from this whole cyber attack mess.
This company just gets worse and worse all the time. I think I finally see the writing on the wall. :(
