Once the backlog is taken care of, there is a very good chance that they will be overstaffed. They are not likely to tell us just how many accounts were lost but if your primary was lost, you will be learning a new account whether it is with Nuance or a different company. You have to choose between being proactive and getting out now on your own terms or waiting and seeing if the ax falls. If you leave when you want, then you know you have a job in place. If they lay off a bunch of people at once, you will be competing against those people for the limited positions.
