I know it is my job to do so, but I missed it. The account is horrible, so I feel frazzled every day. They are always messing up, wrong patient names, discrepancies with dates, the list goes on and on. I know that is no excuse for me though since it's my job to catch all of their errors, but one slipped past me, so now I pay the price. This is one of the many things I despise about this industry. They're making me feel like it's all me when it was the dictator's error in the first place.
