I'm a low-maintenance, remote "remote," and I seldom speak with them and forget the terms. My main contact is a nice woman who treats us well, but the last time I asked her how things were going, while calling in for more jobs a week ago, her voice was very tired and dragging and I just accepted her choice of not answering.
