I'm only on the first step of PM, but I did have one a few years ago as well, so I'm not sure if that's being counted against me as well, the fact that I had one in the past I mean.
I know I need to not dwell on it. I know I'm human, and I make mistakes, but I also know there is no room for mistakes in this industry. Trying to find a balance of "oops" versus "Oh God, they're gonna fire me" is very difficult/almost impossible.
