One would think Nuance was a nonprofit organization who just has a transcription branch for our benefit or something. So we MTs have to put in the work to stop the clients leaving, it's all on us to save our glorious jobs? Something is missing here.

This smells rotten and you are right. Straight typing is exhausting and we need time away, BUT I would gladly push myself if there was a true incentive.

It's unreal they offer nothing yet bemoan the clients, the clients!
