Don't go there. Most accounts are outsourced to India. Line counts are set high enough that they can't be met so you work your tail off and don't earn PTO. SR is a nightmare. No helpful feedback. US accounts are ESL and worst of the worst. All the good accounts were sent to India. You can't even make minimum wage without fudging your hours.
Run the other way.
