The SR QA lines will be the amount YOU are charged for sending beyond allowed percentage of reports you send to QA. It is you being charged that amount you see on your pay. You will also be charged if going over percentage of allowed typed reports sent to QA. If you see an amount in that column, that is the amount you are being deducted from your pay because you went over percentage allowance of reports sent to QA. Yes, you are docked and monitored for anything you could even begin to possibly imagine.
