We know that 0.07 cpl is really more like 05.5 for an IC. So if the IC gets 0.075 cpl and the employee gets 0.07, the employee ends up getting paid 0.01 cpl more than the IC, and also gets PTO, possible downtime, possible benefits, possible tax refund, etc. Freedom vs. money. Janice said freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose. Hmmm.
