Just basically poor them with the ton of work it is taking to process payroll. Why was the fact that payroll would be split not communicated at the time the "incentive" or carrot was dangled? This just shows us that Nuance has no appreciation for their workforce at all. It is still about them and their profits. I would have had more respect if they communicated this payroll fiasco plan before now. They're lack of communication also just leaves one wondering, what are they thinking long term? To open the Enrich page and see an update on a summer challenge posted most likely by an employee in India, just really doesn't sit right. Where does the company stand in terms of recovery from a tech standpoint? What are they doing to keep customers? How are their customers receiving their efforts? You know, important things, not exercise logging. Just who is leading this whole thing anyway? Nuance, you really have some 'splaining to do.
