for the hours over 40 as if it was a normal pay period and there happened to be some overtime available. So, no one got paid 1.5 x AHR for the first 40 hours, no one got paid double time for any time over 8 hours in a day from 7/1-7/7. That's a lot of money owed to a lot of people and that's way more COMPLICATED to figure out later on rather than doing it now when it's due to those who worked their butts off to help out.
