Don't bother calling, they NEVER answer and never respond. I am still waiting for a response about the rest of last pay I did not receive. ALL OF US with incorrect pays? Hmmm, I cannot imagine that any business/company would be so underhanded to think they could get away with shorting all of us what they promised. Is this not WRITTEN down in Enrich? I also qualified for the 1000 bonus. I was COUNTING on that to get caught up on bills. It is NOT THERE, nor is the time and a half pay. Payroll is the most inept, incompetent, condescending group of people I have ever had the misfortune to interact with. They do nothing but IGNORE you, whether it be phone calls or emails.
