the email you use to post with, but what you say in the content of the posting. Sometimes you may say things that can identify you, like maybe ..."the company would not allow me to take off on such and such a day." The company knows who would request a certain day off. It's the process of elimination. Always be mindful of what you are saying that could be used to identify you.
