Getting paid for two characters instead of 11 (typing "tp" which expands to "the patient"). I have transcribed with a word expander for decades and have no idea how to figure out how much this type of compensation will decrease my line count. (I also know there are so many variables as to make this nearly impossible to predict, I'm just looking for a ballpark figure.). Supposedly most of the work is straight typing and not editing and trying to "unlearn" my shortcuts will be difficult.
