Grammar question - SleepyMT

I feel silly asking this question because I should know this, but here goes...

Dictated:  "He describes his lightheadedness as clearly not a rotatory or spinning sensation of either he or his environment."

Should this be "either HIM or his environment" or "either HE or his environment"?

Thanks in advance!
