So was SoftScript supposed - to send you an offer letter?

I'm struggling on the decision to go with them or not. Seen a lot of opinions on this board, none of which are very good. Did they do an interview and then you didn't hear from them after that or did they actually send you an offer letter? I'm a little alarmed at the way they seem to be trying to rush me into signing paperwork.
