Not sure why your post has any dislikes!!
I remember those days, too. It was definitely a nice incentive to keep plugging away, back in the day especially before VBC counting came along.
Then VBC came along, the bonus structure was revised and I very rarely hit bonus. That MTSO sold to another MTSO going on 2 years ago and no production bonuses now. My only incentive now is I know how much $$ I need to earn to pay my bills!
