They used to do quite a bit of overflow for Nuance, which was the most difficult, heavy ESL accounts. But they don't that any more. The majority of their work is ambulatory and directly in the client's ESR. Money is much better, and I think they're a great company to work for. We heard earlier this year that their average retention for MTs is almost 10 years, which is unbelievable. Sorry you weren't happy there.
