Another FREE uninstaller program is Iobit Uninstaller. I have used this for YEARS and love it! It also will go in and delete the registry entries. Another thing to make sure of is IF you get it uninstalled, is to go into your C drive and delete any file folders associated with the program. This should also be done ANYTIME a program is uninstalled from your computer.
