I've paid no attention to this leap into exploitation on top of exploitation in the past few years, not good for my health to get upset about it.
But whatever protective guidelines or enforcement of laws on the books that might have been established during the Obama era might just still be in effect, for a while anyway, and an expert in this kind of labor law will know. Looking for gaps in the laws and customary procedures established by business for business is not a job for amateurs.
