Many, many healthcare providers hate oversimplified point and click, etc. And it provides none of the detailed documentation that can make or break a court case. That's why we have been rightly called "The world's cheapest malpractice insurance." I also think dictating has for about a century been part of a doctor's identity. And they love to hear themselves talk!
