1 week to get unemployment - and they only start counting after 1 week. I wonder if every MT who worked for a vendor can figure out a way to sue Nuance for loss of wages due to their equipment failure? I'm sure TTS and others aren't going to want to "suck it up" and pay people for Nuance's screwups - but if they were smart they would because who the heck would want to work for them if they don't pay you when their software crashes like this?
