Why condemn this job and stay in it? you moan and groan and do a poor job- that is just lazy and conniving on your part. You wont get better pay if you dont do good work. They are thinking- "this MT cant even do her job to her best ability, so why should she make more money?" and GUESS WHAT- you are doing it to yourself.!
