Nuance accts - Old school

I'm right there with you at iMedX. Two of my accts were affected by the hit at nuance but my backups were not, yet I am being forced to learn a new platform and accts with specs that are 48 pages long. Seriously???? 48 pages....... I know nuance is slowly but surely rebuilding their servers Nd bringing their biggest accts back online first and then working their way down so hopefully they are making headway.....
