I have an ortho surgeon who is just so nice. He always goes out of his way to say have a nice day, thank you for transcribing, etc. I remember one day last year it was late spring and at the end of his dictation he said "enjoy that beautiful weather today" and that made me laugh because he was in NY and I am in NC and how could he know if the weather was beautiful where I was, but it was nice of him to say that. I love it when the doctor remembers there is a human being on the other end of the dictation and goes out of their way to acknowledge that.
