If you could have a rational conversation with the QA, (mine never let us talk to THAT person, but the manager that was counselling) I could educate them on their system's and QA person's deficiencies...i.e. I won.....but, that was VERY time-consuming.
It is demeaning to be QA'D by people who do not value quality transcription. They stare at a comma while knowingly approving the incorrect drug protocol. Might as well let DRAGON have the job.
