Your MTSO is probably not back on board yet with Nuance/vice versa.
per Nuance's "Impacted Customer Update" page here (https://goo.gl/cwTe3z) from July 2: "We are beginning to bring our Emdat clients and MTSO partners back into production. We are being cautious on the pace of redeployment as we clear the backlogs."
I'm guessing that not all MTSO partners are back into production and that's why you are seeing that error message when you try to log in.
Fingers crossed it won't be much longer for you!
PS: A couple of days prior to being back up, I was getting this message when I tried to log in: "Invalid credentials were entered. Please try again." At first I was getting the message you mentioned.
