They're getting a taste of payback, but it's about bettering yourself. I totally agree with what you said. Unless you feel you're not worth the respect, dignity, and proper compensation that should come with a hard job done well, is there any reason you can't move on and find another job? Most people on this board have a skill the suits at Nuance don't have. How many people on that ridiculous org chart can do what you do? You make it; they take it. It will always get worse with the next new pay scale. All these many years, we never needed them. We did the work and we got the money. What a novel idea. Have any of you considered forming a co-op? You were looking for a job when you found that one. Whatever you do, good luck to you.
