turning tech support over to India, things have never been the same. One has to wonder if we still had domestic support (from Transcend days) if this would be an issue. In their quest to make oodles of dough and save by offshoring, this is what they get. Sadly, we here onshore will be paying for this fiasco through their grid pay system. That's a given.
