Sorry about that. You're right. I was told my rate would stay the same too at 8 cpl. But I read in the "Healthcare Specialist Rewards Plan" on page 13 that a Tier 3 transcription rate max is 10 cpl. I was probably thinking/hoping that this would go into effect after the 90 days - I must have been dreaming. And, I was told by HR that my account will likely go to SR which means max 6 cpl according to the info on page 13. Again, sorry bout the misinformation.
