anyone have ANY clue as to an ETA - Lisa1023

this is ridiculous. I dont work for Nuance, i work for a hospital in Maryland that employs Nuance for their software. We have been without transcription for 25 hours and counting. We do get paid for downtime, but we need to monitor. Will this be another full day of running to the computer ever 10 minutes? Communication is key !! idiot company, Nuance.
