I never received any training videos. I had received the client specs and I thought the next step was to get the login ID/password and go to work. Unless I hear that they were absolutely unable to communicate by email over the last few days, unable to answer me at all, I think I'll move on. But I'm here to alert others that time spent on completing paperwork and submitting a schedule might be wasted time.
