I have worked there 3 years without a raise in all that time. They are greedy and hateful. This is probably true of all companies now, but we are given multiple accounts with differing account specifics and we are expected to keep up with each individual account with no training pay, no downtime pay, and no compensation for all the time we take to read samples. Pay dates are completely erratic. Before this I was at Nuance, so this is an improvement.
