Most never reply back. Some even put in the job posting that they receive so many responses/resumes that they can't respond to all, only to those being considered and will need to test. Some have gone back to the job post and added the position is filled. Kind of at the point where I miss the email or letter stating I wasn't considered at all instead of hearing nothing.
