First of all, it's a voice file. Second of all, the dictator is not only difficult, he's impossible and I have over 30 years' experience with ANY accent, dialect, etc. My 3rd flag should have been, "After training, you SHOULD be able to do a min of 3 files an hour....3? at 3 bucks a report??? Then, all your questions or uncertainties have to be changed to blue text color (arts and crafts). I didn't even get through the test before I threw in the towel.
