I have sent resume after resume to so many companies I have lost count and names. I last took a 2 1/2 hour test along with the resume and have not heard one word back and probably won't. Even if you are old, do they think you can live on Social Security? My friends who are my age or close still have to work and we have the experience and knowledge to do a good job. Maybe they think we will drop dead at the keyboard or maybe they think we won't accept their crappy pay anyway so are looking for newbies who will. So much for "professional courtesy."
