I am 74 with 46 years of experience and I agree with you 100%. I worked for the largest hospital system in AZ when I lived there and never worried about money. Then came the MTSOs, voice wreck, and the constant downhill in my money. They don't give a rip about your experience any more or how good you are. It's all about how cheap they can hire you and what they can screw you out of. Very sad as I used to love being an MT.
