I only did it as a temporary situation, as I was recently hired at my local hospital but only in a PRN position that is supposed to turn into full-time within the next couple months. What really irritates me is that even though you're an IC, the MTSOs still want a schedule followed which is BS. I stick to a schedule the best I can/feel like, but there surely are times I say "screw it" and go to the beach!
