It isn't helpful if the information is misleading or incomplete. It doesn't replace coders, it assists them. As a coder for over 15 years, I can tell you we have used a similar product for years, but as the above poster said, it doesn't replace it. It is supposed to help guide us but is often incorrect and needs to be reviewed by an actual human being with critical thinking skills.
