I have a style question. When typing a physical exam with lower case headings in paragraph form, would you capitalize the S in vital signs? In all my years, I never have. I type it as: PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Vital signs:, etc. All of a sudden there's one QA person who always changes it if I've sent the report to QA for something else. It drives me crazy. Am I wrong?
