I just want to say THANK YOU! I am now working at a great company who appreciates their employees. I know that is a fluke in this field, but obviously it can happen. Funny how when I was at Scruance I was made to feel like a horrible MT, getting dinged left and right, having my pay decreased for non-life-threatening typos, etc....while at my new company I have never gotten a failing audit for the 6 mos I've been here; in fact, they liked my work so much they increased my line rate AND moved me to do QA (which I do in addition to MT). So first of all THANK YOU again for cutting me loose -- I may not have quit otherwise on my own -- thanks to believing that I was not a very good MT. Second, UP YOURS! I wish every day that Nuance crashes and burns.
