This summer marks the 50th year of my being in the workforce; am semi-retired, have been looking for a PT job (NOT as an MT)! Am running into age discrimination over and over (although they don't say that). I have a very impressive work history but decided to "capsulate" my resume, only describing the past 20 years to see if that would help some. Went for an interview for a PT registrar job at the hospital, only to be interviewed by a 30-year-old with blue nails and five-inch spike heels know-it-all who told me I did not have the skills! Yes I do! There are too many fools now in employer positions who don't know up from down!
