do you think ANY of the managers, for ONE MINUTE, would hesitate to sit down with us, or email us, and speak to us in that superior, snotty or condescending tone of voice, while looking down their nose at one of us in the same situation and say "if your personal life is interfering with your work maybe we need to make some changes."
We'd get spoken to if we were in house, and if we're lucky in this day and age with all these MTSOs, we may or may not get an email instead of locked out without notice.
That's all. Wear the shoe on the other foot for a moment.
