Your are 100% correct. Why is this our fault???? We don't even get paid for all that demographic stuff anyway and yet held accountable for someone else's mistake????? This company totally blows. I am hanging by a thread here and trying to get out ASAP, so in a way, I hope they are losing the account and many more. That will definitely push me forward to find something else and they can threat away! Horrible, horrible people!
